Mona Hurtado

Ralph and Mark invited me to join the Enduring Wealth Advisors® team in January 2019 as an Administrative Assistant. My 20+ years in the IT healthcare consulting business as a Project Accounting and Revenue Cycle Manager provided me with a unique skill set that I was able to bring into the business. In September 2021, I passed the FINRA Series 7 Exam, and my industry title was updated to Registered Assistant.

My role at Enduring Wealth Advisors means so much to me. Several years ago, I was widowed with 2 young children and one teenager. I understand firsthand the impact prudent financial planning can have during a devastating life event. My desire is to celebrate with clients when things are going well and be there for them during the tough moments.

I am now the proud Mom of three wonderful young adults and love spending time with my family and watching my San Francisco Giants play.

Rose Circo

I joined Enduring Wealth Advisors® in 2014 working as an Administrative Assistant and transitioned over the years to Marketing Manager. I have been working in customer service since 2007.

In 2011 I graduated with an AA from Calvary Chapel Bible College. I continue to pursue more learning experiences through college and other courses to develop and elevate my skills in marketing and other areas.

As an active volunteer with AWANA Clubs Intl. from 2002 through the present, I teach and train children of all ages to be servant leaders. I was honored with the highest award given through this program, the Citation Award, in 2006, in recognition of my 10 years of achievements, memorization, leadership, service, and commitment.

During my free time, I enjoy reading, art, spending time with family and friends, and being in nature.

Jaclyn Bender

After graduation from Calvary Chapel Bible College, I lived abroad for nine months with a satellite campus of CCBC in a town called Waterford in Ireland. I have been working at Enduring Wealth Advisors® since 2015.

In 2018 I decided to go back to school, and in 2022 I transferred to ASU into the Forensics Science Program. I hope to work in some capacity in Pathology or Toxicology in the future. I work alongside Rose in our Marketing Department as the Marketing Assistant while I complete my bachelor’s degree.

I am passionate about my work here, because of the environment, flexibility in my schedule as I continue pursuing my education, and I get to work with my best friend.

Dale Worley

Working as an Administrative Assistant, Dale Worley has been providing advisors and clients with up-to-date reports on investments utilizing third party analytical tools since 1998. These analyses are used by advisors in the due diligence process and by clients to help understand their holdings.

Dale spent twenty seven years of his career working at Chevron. He held various positions in the El Segundo refinery, including process plant supervisor and head operator. He was also a member of the compliance committee.

Dale and his wife Jean raised a family including a daughter, Beth, who is married to Ralph. Dale and Jean celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in 2017.

In his spare time, Dale enjoys playing golf and listening to country-western music. He also spends time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Simone Hurtado

I started working at Enduring Wealth Advisors® in April 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. I support the team with data entry, processing client information and forms, mailing client letters, and preparing reports for our Client Check-Ups.
I enjoy working with my co-workers in an encouraging and friendly work environment, with a flexible schedule. Some of my accomplishments include 2 years of study in ASL, Honor Roll all through High School, a few years of study in piano, and some karate training. Also, I am an identical twin.

In my free time, I enjoy watching Anime, and when I have time, reading. My reading consists of books that look or sound interesting or come highly recommended. I have a deep love for my tabby cat (Juan) and for taking care of my plants.

Someday I would like to travel to Canada and Europe to take in all the beautiful landscapes and scenery.
