Start with a fascinating story about running long distances, work in some real history about a mysterious Native American tribe, and ask a lot of thought provoking questions challenging the mainstream to get the book which ignited the “minimalist” movement in running footwear
This book was the very first I read on my iPad Kindle app, and from the beginning to end believe I read it without a break. The story about the great race was captivating, but even the material in the final chapters, after the fiction was done kept my attention.
If you have any interest in running and haven’t yet read this book, what are you waiting for?
