A team built to be there when you need them
Ralph Bender, MBA, CFP®
CEO, Founder & Wealth Advisor
In 1993 I became a financial consultant, moving my practice in 2001 and partnering with LPL Financial. I earned a Master of Business Administration from CSULB and am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
I manage a private LinkedIn group for LPL advisors and am a member of the Financial Planning Association’s Orange County Chapter. Various mergers and acquisitions left my family and me without health insurance at a critical junction. I entered this business to take control of my family’s future and desire to do the same for my clients. I am an avid reader and runner.
I have finished twelve marathons. Achieved my Masters Personal Record of 3 hours 19 minutes in the 2009 Boston Marathon and an age-group first place in the 2011 Long Beach marathon. I volunteer in the sound ministry at my church and am known for my artesian ice creams and gelatos. I enjoy spending time with my wife, Beth, my children, and my grandchildren.

Mark R Tracy, MBA, CFP®
President & Wealth Advisor
I joined Enduring Wealth Advisors® in January of 2012 and soon after received my Master’s in Business Administration from CSUF with an emphasis in finance. In March 2013, I passed the necessary exams and became registered. Then in 2016, I took on the role of “Financial Advisor.”
As a child, I witnessed my grandparents sell off everything they owned and live off social security because they did not receive proper advice to plan for retirement. I got into this business because everyone should have access to the guidance necessary to pursue a successful financial life.
In 2005, I met my best friend Jennifer, whom I married three years later. Adoption was a desire we shared. In 2013 we became foster-to-adopt parents and now have three amazing kids: Shayla, Olivia & Derek. My wife works for a non-profit school, and we enjoy cooking, going to Disneyland, playing games, and going to church as a family.

Mona Hurtado
Client Relationship Manager & LPL Registered Assistant
Ralph and Mark invited me to join the Enduring Wealth Advisors® team in January 2019 as an Administrative Assistant. My 20+ years in the IT healthcare consulting business as a Project Accounting and Revenue Cycle Manager provided me with a unique skill set that I was able to bring into the business. In September 2021, I passed the FINRA Series 7 Exam, and my industry title was updated to LPL Registered Assistant.
My role at Enduring Wealth Advisors means so much to me. Several years ago, I was widowed with 2 young children and one teenager. I understand firsthand the impact prudent financial planning can have during a devastating life event. My desire is to celebrate with clients when things are going well and be there for them during the tough moments.
I am now the proud Mom of three wonderful young adults and love spending time with my family and watching my San Francisco Giants play.

Simone Hurtado

I started working at Enduring Wealth Advisors® in April 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. I support the team with data entry, processing client information and forms, mailing client letters, and preparing reports for our Client Check-Ups.
I enjoy working with my co-workers in an encouraging and friendly work environment, with a flexible schedule. Some of my accomplishments include 2 years of study in ASL, Honor Roll all through High School, a few years of study in piano, and some karate training. Also, I am an identical twin.
In my free time, I enjoy watching Anime, and when I have time, reading. My reading consists of books that look or sound interesting or come highly recommended. I have a deep love for my tabby cat (Juan) and for taking care of my plants. Someday I would like to travel to Canada and Europe to take in all the beautiful landscapes and scenery.

The Enduring Wealth® Story
While running and training for endurance competitions, I often think about business. In 2006, I was running along Calle Piña Colada in Temecula when the name Enduring Wealth® hit me. I had been trying to find a legitimate name for quite some time.
Intrigued by this name’s potential, I did a Google search that morning. The first result confirmed my beliefs that this name was intended: from Proverbs (8:18), “With me are riches and honor, enduring wealth and prosperity. (NIV)”

I had found the name for the business.
Implementation and adoption took some time. We survived the “Great Recession” of 2008. We developed a logo. We applied for a United States of America trademark to protect our name. We were granted the trademark for Enduring Wealth Advisors® on June 5, 2012.

Focus on the Long Run
“I’d rather have a soft serve than this Gatorade.”
My comment surprised the volunteer at the 23-mile aid station of the New Hampshire Marathon. He looked as I pointed to the ice cream stand nearby; it was closed for the winter.
“You must be feeling pretty good if you can joke after running our hills,” he shouted out to me.
My outlook took me by surprise, too. In my previous three marathons, I had “bonked” by mile 20, suffering from leg cramps the final six miles. This time was different. I’d learned how to focus on the long run.
Soon, another runner was pacing alongside my right shoulder. He told me my attitude had inspired him to fight off his own cramps and endure the pain.
Although New Hampshire is still my slowest race, it was my most successful because it taught me how to pace myself for a strong finish.
We pace clients through life’s milestones and crossroads so that we can confidently discover and pursue dreams together, addressing the challenges of today while maintaining focus on the long run.

Hard work is usually rewarded, so we work hard for our clients
• Flexibility: The future is uncertain; flexibility provides options and choices to address what lies ahead.
• Diligence: The herd is easily misled, so we dig deep beneath the surface to uncover the truth.
• Innovation: Innovation is about continually improving the experience for our clients.
• Candor: Fear is a destructive emotion, so we keep clients informed and confront difficult topics with grace.
“We want people to get the most out of what they’ve worked hard to earn.”
