Ralph Bender

Ralph Bender, MBA, CFP® has been an independent financial consultant since 1993, moving his individual practice to LPL Financial in May 2001. Positioning his business for future expansion, Enduring Wealth Advisors® was created in 2009.

Ralph has always worked in environments that give him the largest range of strategies while conscientiously providing objective advice. His career has been dedicated to putting clients’ interests first.

A Pennsylvanian native, Ralph earned a B.A. in Accounting from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and then a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State Long Beach.

Through LPL Financial, Ralph is registered and licensed for mutual funds, stocks, bonds, annuities, life, health, disability, long-term care insurance, and managed futures funds. He is also an LPL Registered Principal, allowing him to supervise other registered representatives. Ralph has special training on using structured products, which are available through LPL Financial.

The San Diego Christian Writer’s Guild recognized his Running Money® newsletter for writing excellence. He penned the “Your Money” column in several local newspapers in the late 1990’s.

He created the Real LPL Advisors Roundtable (www.AdvisorsRoundTable.INFO), a private LinkedIn group available to the thousands of financial advisors affiliated with LPL Financial. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional, he is also a member of the Financial Planning Association’s Orange County Chapter.

In 2000, he was published in the trade magazine Registered Representative with an article titled “Disrespecting our Elders,” one of the industry’s first acknowledgments of abuses related to the elderly. At the time, he was also a volunteer technical advisor to Riverside County’s CARE program (Curtailing Abuses Related to the Elderly).

Ralph is an accomplished runner, finishing twelve marathons, including a Masters Personal Record of 3 hours 19 minutes in the 2009 Boston Marathon and an age-group first place in the 2011 Long Beach marathon. He qualified to run his third Boston in 2020. He is also a founding member of the Pocono Area Running Club (PARC) and regularly competes in local races.

He and Beth are examples of the sandwich generation, actively involved with aging parents and helping the kids and grandkids manage hectic schedules and their busy lives. In his downtime, he remains an avid reader and is working on writing a full-length book project.

Ralph is known for his artesian ice creams and gelatos, creating special flavors inspired by and for his kids and grandkids.
